Refund Policies:  

 

Refunds (If any) for cancellations or on rescheduling trips or on any fare difference will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Demand draft / Crossed cheque / Bank transfer / IMPS /  transfer at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would at least take minimum 25 Business working days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services for any reason whatsoever.

 

All refunds on cancellation of flights are subject to reversal from their respective Airlines. We, Tajtravelsonline.com are not responsible if there are no reimbursements of any refunds from any respective airlines. We are bound to refund of all cancelled flights only if we receive from the said respective airlines. We don’t levy on service fees on full refund if received from respective airlines.

 

The refund amount as per the fare rules will be credited to the payment channel that the customer chooses at the time of cancellation. The airline cancellation / penalty fees will be credited only to selected mode or in the wallet of that respective customer in 04 Business working days after cancellation and after refund received from airlines. There will be 100% refund on cancelled flights for our registered membership owners excluding service charges of Rs. 300/= Per Pax Per Sector with 18% additional GST on service charges. Tajtravelsonline.com reserves all rights to change or withdraw any policies or offers anytime at the sole discretion of the Management.
